Our products contain alcohol and may only be purchased by adults aged 18 or over.

2. Legal drinking age

It is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in England and Wales. The Licensing Act 2003 makes it an offence to sell alcohol to an individual aged under 18, and GOV.UK guidance states that alcohol must not be sold to someone under 18.

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

3. Placing an order

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;

  • the person receiving the order is at least 18 years old;

  • the information you provide is accurate and truthful;

  • you are not buying alcohol for anyone under 18;

  • you understand that age verification may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order if we believe that the purchaser or recipient is under 18, or if age verification cannot be completed.

4. Age-restricted delivery

Orders containing alcohol must be received by someone aged 18 or over.

A valid form of photographic identification may be required on delivery. If suitable ID cannot be provided, delivery may be refused.

Accepted forms of ID may include:

  • passport;

  • UK photocard driving licence;

  • proof-of-age card bearing the PASS hologram;

  • other valid photographic ID accepted by the delivery provider.

Government guidance for licensed premises says age verification policies should require photographic ID showing date of birth and a holographic mark where someone appears under 18.

5. Delivery refusal

Delivery may be refused if:

  • the recipient appears under 18 and cannot provide valid ID;

  • the delivery provider cannot complete age verification;

  • the recipient refuses to provide ID where requested;

  • the order appears to be intended for someone under 18;

  • delivery would breach applicable laws or delivery provider rules.

If an order is returned to us because age verification could not be completed, we may deduct reasonable delivery and return costs from any refund due, unless the issue was caused by us.

6. Proxy purchasing

You must not buy alcohol from us on behalf of anyone under 18.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe it is being purchased for, supplied to, or received by someone under 18.

7. Responsible drinking

Our products are intended for adults only.

Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Do not supply alcohol to anyone under 18.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we believe our products are being purchased, supplied or used irresponsibly, unlawfully, or in breach of this Age Policy.

8. Changes to this Age Policy

We may update this Age Policy from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page. Please check this page occasionally to make sure you understand how we manage age-restricted sales and deliveries.
