We only sell alcohol to customers aged 18 or over. By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to buy alcohol in the United Kingdom.

Age verification will take place on delivery. The courier may request proof of age. If satisfactory ID cannot be provided, the order will not be delivered, and a refund will be issued minus any delivery or return costs.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP.
We currently accept payment through Stripe only.

Payment is taken at the point of checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail.

Delivery is free of charge.

Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail’s service and may vary during busier periods.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives broken, leaking or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was damaged in transit.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return (see above).

7. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• delays outside our control

• the misuse of our products

• inaccuracies on the website, although we aim to keep all information up to date

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
