Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Welcome to The Spirit of British Mischief—home of G&D.
This site is operated by G&D Spirits Ltd, a UK-based company. We develop and market the G&D brand, but the drink itself is produced, stored, and sold under licence by a fully licensed third-party alcohol producer. This ensures full compliance with UK alcohol laws.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who we are
G&D is the trading name of G&D Spirits Ltd, a UK-based brand. We are the creators and marketers of G&D, a high-strength, ready-to-drink cocktail.
All alcoholic products are produced, bottled, and sold under licence by a licensed UK manufacturer. G&D Spirits Ltd does not currently hold a retail alcohol licence and does not fulfil orders directly.
2. Age restriction
You must be 18 or over to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe this is not the case.
3. Placing an order
Once you place an order and payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This is not a binding contract until your order has been packed and dispatched.
All orders placed via this site are fulfilled by our licensed production and distribution partner. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock issues, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.
5. Shipping

6. Returns and refunds
We want you to be delighted with your order. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
7. Responsible drinking
G&D is made to be enjoyed, not abused. Please drink responsibly. We are not liable for misuse or harm caused by excessive consumption.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or expense (including loss of profits or enjoyment) arising from use of this site or our products, unless caused by our negligence.
9. Intellectual property
Everything on this site—the brand, design, copy, images, and packaging—belongs to G&D Spirits Ltd. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.
