There’s still a place for proper British character.
In an age of instant everything, G&D invites you to slow down. We’ve taken the Queen’s beloved gin-and-Dubonnet cocktail and given it new life in a bottle – for those who prefer their moments considered, not mixed in haste.
It’s British tradition with a modern wink, served in a glass.
A ritual worth keeping

A Proper Drink,
Built on British Backbone.
G&D takes the classic gin-and-Dubonnet and refines it into something unmistakably its own. We blend Blackeye London Dry Gin (the award-winning craft gin created by Mike Tindall, James Haskell & Alex Payne) with deep, aromatic Dubonnet wine – then finish it with a quiet little detail you won’t find in any royal recipe. Bottled at 23% ABV for a slower, more deliberate pour, the result is a confident, balanced cocktail that is unmistakably British.
Nothing mixed, Everything Considered

Ideal for afternoons that resist conclusion.

You don’t make a G&D.
You pour one.
No mixology required – consider this your permission to take your time. Chill a glass, pour G&D over good ice, and let the day slow down for a moment. Perhaps add a twist of orange if you fancy (but nothing fussy).
This isn’t about following a recipe; it’s about reviving a small ritual of pause and pleasure.
Each pour is an act of taking things a little less hurried –
a quiet celebration of doing things properly, at your own pace.

Poured with intent. Finished on principle.

The Founder’s Batch
600 Bottles Ever.
Not widely available… by design. G&D’s inaugural release comes in a limited batch of just 600 bottles. We made enough for the right number of people
The ones who value a well-kept ritual – and no more.
Once they’re gone, they’re truly gone (there won’t be another run this year).
