Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

We want you to love everything about G&D—but we also understand that sometimes things change.

This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Pre-orders

All purchases made at this stage are pre-orders for our Founder’s Batch. You’re reserving a bottle in advance before production is complete.

If you change your mind, you can request a full refund any time before your order has shipped by emailing info@eccentricallybritish.com with your order number. We’ll process the refund within 5–7 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, the usual consumer rights apply (see below).

2. Returns

Due to the nature of the product (sealed alcohol), we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We cannot accept bottles back if they’ve been opened, used, or personalised.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eccentricallybritish.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once approved. We’ll confirm by email when your refund is on its way.
