Frequently asked questions

What is G&D?

G&D is a ready-to-drink cocktail inspired by the Queen’s favourite tipple — a mix of gin and fortified wine. We’ve bottled that British ritual with a bit more charm, bite, and mischief. It’s strong, stylish, and unapologetically improper.

Is G&D the same as a gin and Dubonnet?

Not exactly. We don’t use Dubonnet due to trademark restrictions, but G&D follows the same formula: one part gin, two parts fortified wine. We’ve refined the recipe for today’s palette — and we think Her Majesty would’ve approved.

What does G&D taste like?

It’s smooth, rich, and herbal — somewhere between a Negroni and a Martini, but with better breeding. Think velvet with a bayonet tucked inside.

Where can I buy G&D?

Right here on our website. The Founder’s Batch is available for pre-order now — limited to just 600 bottles. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Can I drink G&D as a spritz?

Yes. Pour it over ice, top it with tonic or soda, add a twist of lemon or orange, and enjoy a British answer to the Aperol Spritz — only stronger, sexier, and with actual taste.

Is G&D available in shops?

Not yet. For now, it’s a secret best discovered by those who know where to look. Sign up to our Inner Circle to stay informed.

Is G&D vegan or gluten-free?

Yes, G&D is vegan and contains no gluten. We believe in mischief for everyone.

How strong is G&D?

22% ABV. It’s not a mixer — it’s the main event. Drink slowly. Or don’t. But do so beautifully.

Wasn’t this mentioned on a podcast?

Yes. The gin and Dubonnet cocktail is a regular fixture on the hit podcast *Help I Sexted My Boss*. We’ve simply done what no one else dared — we’ve bottled it.
